How can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order simply send us a message on WhatsApp or when the driver calls you, let him know that you wish to cancel.
There are no cancellation charges however repeated cancellations will result in removal of cash on delivery service and you will be required to pay by card first.

Yes the process of ordering with us is discreet, payments made via card or apple and google pay are to a generic company name which is 100% discreet.
Our delivery team will never discuss items with you and are not aware of specific contents of packages.
How do I pay?
We offer Apple & Google Pay, Debit/Credit Card and Crypto (over 200 coins) for prepaid orders and for on delivery we have Cash.
Please note we do not offer card on delivery, if you wish to use a method other than cash you need to contact us to make payment once you have placed your order.

I want my order super fast, can you do it?
Yes we can, order from our express catalog on WhatsApp, if you want it really really fast then be prepared to pay extra for this.
I live in Sharjah / Ajman and I dont see a cash on delivery option?
We removed this option due to abuse from customers who order and dont pay.
We can take your order but you will need to pay first as time is precious and we have wasted a lot chasing high volumes of unpaid orders in those places.
