We are an online shop only we do not allow customer visits.
Of course you can refer anyone you know and we appreciate your referral.
To cancel an order simply drop us an email at [email protected] or when the driver calls you, let him know that you wish to cancel. There are no cancellation charges.
Choose the product you wish to order and checkout through the online shopping cart system. Before receiving the product, you will receive a call from our delivery team/driver to confirm your order and the mode of payment is cash on delivery(COD).
Payment is via cash on delivery.
For returns please contact [email protected]. Kindly note that we do not accept returns for opened or used items. If the box is opened we will not accept returns.

Yes the process is discreet, we only accept cash payments so there will be nothing on your bank statement and the driver is instructed to not announce/communicate anything that he is delivering.

Yes we charge a small fee for delivery to cover our costs.
Any products that you have purchased from our site will be delivered to you within two days of placing the orders!
