All our items are brand new in a sealed box. We do not accept returns on opened items unless the item is broken. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us and do not open it otherwise we will not exchange it.You can rest assured we do not sell used items, not only would it be unhygienic but its just well ewww.....
We are an online shop only we do not allow customer visits.
Of course you can refer anyone you know and we appreciate your referral.
To cancel an order simply drop us an email at support@dubaiplasticfun.com or when the driver calls you, let him know that you wish to cancel. There are no cancellation charges.
Choose the product you wish to order and checkout through the online shopping cart system. Before receiving the product, you will receive a call from our delivery team/driver to confirm your order and the mode of payment is cash on delivery(COD).
Payment is via cash on delivery.
For returns please contact support@dubaiplasticfun.com. Kindly note that we do not accept returns for opened or used items. If the box is opened we will not accept returns.

Yes the process is discreet, we only accept cash payments so there will be nothing on your bank statement and the driver is instructed to not announce/communicate anything that he is delivering.

Yes we charge a small fee for delivery to cover our costs.
